RESERVATION
Reservation or bookings are made directly Multi Rama Holiday office by facsimile, e-mail,
chat facility or telephone. It is suggested that the reservations are completed with detailed data of clients such as names, date of arrival/departure, flight details, number of person and notification if alternative hotels are acceptable to help us in handling any enquiry efficiently.

CONFIRMATION
All reply and confirmation will be made at the shorted possible time by facsimile, e-mail,
chat facility or by telephone.
VOUCHERS
Approved overseas agent are allowed to issue their vouchers which clearly explaining detailed services required and to be provided to their clients upon the reservations have been confirmed by Multi Rama Holiday.
PAYMENTS
Full prepayment should be done 10 days prior to the arrival date in regular season and 45 working days prior to arrival date in High Season period or depends on hotels or others vendors concern. Failure to comply with this condition may result in cancellation of all.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation within 10 days until 5 working days (depend on hotels or others vendors concerned) will be charge 50 % from the total reservation charges. Cancellations after 5 working days are considered no show and will be charged 100%. No refund or reduction will be made to any clients, group member for any unused portion of a tour or non participation in taking meals, tours, or accommodation during the packages or tours unless arranged and notified in advance.
RESPONSIBILITY / LIABILITY
Multi Rama Tours & Travel
has the rights to act as agent for hotels, villas, transportation companies, carriers, restaurant, and other vendors and will therefore have disclaim responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, change of schedule or any other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond our control.
